Hybird is a fast food pop-up created by drummer, DJ, producer, culinary entrepreneur and member of The Roots, Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson in partnership with restaurateur, Stephen Starr. It was conceived of as an indoor food truck and lunch-counter serving the lunch crowd in Manhattan’s Chelsea Market.
